The ticketmaster process of obtaining mobile ticket was great! Would go see them again! However, HORRIBLE experience with the venue Usuana Amphitheater! Jason Mraz was AMAZING!! Waited 2 1/2 hours in line just to get into the venue! No staff working or organizing the lines to help us figure out which line and what was going on! Poor management of the large crowd, especially when they knew by ticket sales how many people were coming! They put on a FANTASTIC show! I have never in 30 years of going to concerts had to wait 2 1/2 hours after the gates opened to get in. Thank goodness Jason Mraz waited to start the show after all of us were in our seats!!??
